Both pre-built library apps and custom apps can be modified from the Manage App page, accessed by clicking the gear icon on the app page. On the Manage app page, you can alter app name, general app attributes, fields and also manage reports and workflows.
You can delete an app by click on the red Delete App button on the Manage App page.
